Ensure that your CV has your contact particulars like person’s name, phone number, and email on the top. This information has to be significantly featured. Try to craft the information bold or boost the font size.   Do not provide your postal address on your CV. it is not usually important. If the audition is local then it may be worth popping your county on there to show traveling will not be a problem
